The proximity to Taksim Square is excellent. just a quick 7-minute walk away. The housekeeping is on point, with fresh towels and linens every day. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. the location on a hilly road posed problems, especially for anyone with mobility issues. One shower door in my room was broken, leading to water spilling on the floor, which remained unfixed during my stay. while the hotel offers good value, it could benefit from better soundproofing and maintenance.

The shower door in our room was dangerous and unaddressed!!! Claustrophobic individuals should avoid the cramped Budget Double Room with poor window access!!! Staff behavior needs a serious overhaul, especially at the night shift.

Charming room, fabulous amenities, equipped with a flat-screen TV and electric kettle, which made our stay very comfortable. the great location allowed us to explore the area with just a 10-minute walk to Taksim.
